Hello Again

Dear ones,

The rebirth on this website has begun. I’ve been collecting threads to create a new Home Page, and much poured out in a writing session this week. While it’ll get trimmed and molded over time, I’ll share it all here now — a glimpse into the expansive fullness pulsing through me this June. (Feels akin to birthing Seed Zines last spring, rising early to the sun and working on the project on mornings before work, after work).

I am so grateful to be having this human experience, here and now. It’s June of 2026, and I’m the most rooted, vibrant, whole, and loving that I’ve felt my entire life. And I’m being called to share: where I’ve been, what I’m noticing, how I’m navigating these times in my very human life—which is sacred life.

I experienced a Dark Night journey to Root Living from 2019~2024/5. I got extremely sensitive overnight, and couldn’t “be in the world” for over 5 years. I was not on the internet much during that time. I didn’t talk to many people either, I couldn’t be seen. I felt very alone. Those challenging dark years changed me from the inside out. How I saw and experienced the world was also turned inside out, flipped upside down (or perhaps right-side up!).

What’s very clear: We do not need more knowledge, more information.

We need more feeling in our bodies, in our hearts.

More stillness. Less noise.

We need hands in soil, hands passing dishes across the table at a shared meal, hands waving hello to the neighbors, hands feeling the soft moss while soaking in the sunlight, hands in prayer.

I believe tending to one’s soul is one of the most powerful forms of changemaking we can engage in. To put up blinders to what others are “doing,” and become deeply interested in how you are being. To ask the divine to guide you, and listen to the nudges.

——

There is a lot that’s vying for our attention out there. Much of it is cloaked as “good” or “right.” Underneath, however, those Mind-Ideas have actually been deceiving, manipulating, and programming us into thinking our significance—our contribution—is “out there.” In places that are actually harvesting our energy. Places that sneakily teach us to judge, to other, to think we know right/wrong for other beings. Places that enrage us, frighten us, worry us. Something in you may feel unsettled, even though you’re ‘doing’ what you ‘ought.’

Our connection to Source has been intentionally severed across thousands of years. (This history will be a future post—it has thickened my narrative and offered a helpful lens. So much wider, deeper, and layered than a single patriarchy/matriarchy or colonial/decolonial lens) This severing is what allowed controllers/infiltration to program Mind-Ideas that kept us trapped in fear, in shame and guilt, in anxiety and anger, in helplessness and dependency. The energy that feeds them.

The beautiful news: Those Mind-Ideas are false. They cannot hold anything significant. False foundations will crumble—whether it’s all at once under pressure, or bit by bit. And when we’re able to see what’s actually true, and how that truth has been hidden from us purposefully, everything changes.

Because the truth is, placing your attention externally–no matter how good, noble, or right it has been packaged–keeps your attention from within. When you rest in your heart, in your body, in the truth of who you are, and invite in the light of Creator, the illusions melt away.

When the cloaks are lifted, there may be both surprise (that they were cloaks to begin with), and also awe at the wondrous, vibrant, Divinity revealed. At the peace, the deep love, what it feels like for your body to rest in the knowing that All Is Well—our natural state, connected with God. (You don’t have to “do” anything. To fix, change, make happen, plan. Nope.)

It takes courage to turn from this captivating external world and its luring webs. And, that’s exactly what’s required to turn towards the remembrance of who you truly are. To reconnect with Source. To stand in deep-rooted power and sovereignty. To experience miracles and healing beyond which you could imagine. To feel the vibrant aliveness pulsing through your body.
I have deep-roots felt-knowing of what I must do: tend to my own sacred vessel, this body, this heart, this spirit. I tend to my energy, same as I tend to my teeth. I connect with God. I invite in Jesus. Sit and receive. Invite in the light of God. Sit and receive. Beautiful miracles keep unfolding—and it’s only been half a year of this particular practice.. (another future post/share).

I don’t know what you need, nor where to place your next step. You do, though.

Trust your body’s preferences and curiosities. You are divinely pulled towards your soul’s full expression. I have found inviting in God’s light returns me to our natural state, the holy waters flowing through, guiding my days. There’s nothing to do, plan, fix. The Divine inspires us to create, to be of service, in ways that are joyful and healing to all.

Daily life is my training ground.

My intentions with this space:

And so, this site is a place where I share what it’s like being a deep-sensing human, attuned to Earth and subtle, increasingly aware of illusions of our realm, centering deep trust/faith in God/Divine. I am here to remind others, simply by being me. I am a horizontal teacher focused on sharing what it feels like to turn my attention inward, deep, where it’s less visible–not wide, where it’s easily seen.

I want this to be intimate and real—not a polished place. I’ll bring my voice, my face, my full human self. I want you to remember that we are each complex, multidimensional, incredible human beings.

I want this to be a place where you visit to return your attention to Creator/Source, to understand (through felt-experience, through stories) its power, and recharge your living waters. Then, return refreshed to being in your local life, using tools of attention and coherence-creating, to ripple out in your town/city/communities. To be a lighthouse.

May the offerings here, through my alongside-sharing of human experiences, provide courage and strength
to sit outside, fully immersed in the sounds around you.

May there be spaciousness woven into your days,
because you choose it, and can rest without the pull or pressure to be elsewhere.

May your roots grow deep and sturdy through your body and your heart,
such that you can question and let fall all of the illusions.

May your power-within strengthen and pulse with vitality, through connection with Sacred light.

May you move closer towards Truth, towards love, towards joy.

May you become deeply immersed in your physical, tactile life.

May you know in your heart the power of prayer, though it will never be broadcast on a television, or awarded at an “awards show.” You are shaping and balancing this entire realm.

May you learn to trust the wisdom of your body—which heals naturally, miraculously—and to trust the felt, the unseen, the unmeasurable.

May you remember that you are more than a body. That this world is sacred and beautifully alive; the mosses are singing to you, the stones hear your fears, the grasses carry your intentions.

May your expanded awareness create expansive freedom.

May you be able to love wider without judgement.

May you feel encouraged, supported, and have deep trust in the hearts of Humanity.

We are powerful.

We are vibrant.

We are sacred humans.

We are peaceful, loving, and kind.

We are creating a beautiful world.

I will sign my letters with the phrase “Rooting for you,” and its meaning is twofold:
Firstly, wherever you are in this moment, know that I am rooting for you. I am cheering you on, sending encouragement. (Can you feel into this?)

And, I am nurturing my roots, grounding, creating aligned energy & action, for you. For all of us. For the greater good of all beings. This is where I’ve been led to offer, and I’m continually honing my attention there.
That said, may you go well and rooted into your day.

Rooting for you,
Rebecca
